The twin peaks of Piti and Gros Piton that rise on the island of St. Lucia are a fitting backdrop to its most famous resort, Anse Chastanet. Created by Nick Troubetzkoy, this exclusive and intimate hotel caters to adults, honeymooners, and families with children over the age of 10.

Anse Chastanet's tiled open-air lobby is right on the beach. Rooms on the beach or on the green hillside are designed to take advantage of the island's trade winds, and feature white walls, high-beamed ceilings, clay tile or hardwood floors, local handcrafted hardwood furniture and textiles, and louvered windows. Views of the beach, ocean, gardens, or the Pitons can be enjoyed from all rooms. Bathrooms feature showers only.

Fusion cuisine blending tropical world flavors is served at the Treehouse Restaurant, where guests dine alfresco by candlelight. A range of appetizers, Creole a la carte favorites, and a cold or hot buffet are available at the Trou au Diable Restaurant, which has an Indian theme menu featuring combinations of East Indian and Caribbean cooking styles. Light grilled fare is served at the Beach Grill. Afternoon tea and snacks are available at both the Piton Lounge and Beach Bar.
