Sinatra put it best when he sang, “I wanna be a part of it, New York, New York.” With so much to be a part of, it’s no wonder New York City earned its reputation as the city that never sleeps. Broadway theater and A-list entertainment, world-class shopping and gourmet dining all collide in the Big Apple, which is also an international epicenter of film, art and fashion. It may not be the capital of the United States any more, but New York City is arguably the capital of the globe, influencing and inspiring people the world over. With so much to conquer, it’s convenient that the most famous landmarks lie within the 13-mile long island of Manhattan. It’s enough to make anyone’s head spin, but remember, anything can be done in a New York minute.
