The Menu: Devised by Guy Savoy, one of the most respected chefs in the world and recipient of three Michelin stars, the gourmet menu changes seasonally but always features exceptional fresh and simple ingredients. One such menu includes a six-course meal featuring Colors of Caviar, Crispy Sea Bass with Delicate Spices, Poisson a la Broche and Savoy’s famous artichoke and black truffle soup.
