Count's Kustoms, Las Vegas

Shift into High Gear Travel Video duration – 3.51 minutes Count’s Kustoms Custom Choppers and Hot Rods Las Vegas, Nevada Travel Video Adventure – Guys Stuff Until I got into Vegas and until I got to meet up with this great team and this great crew, I’ve never really been able to take off and let this fly like it’s going right now and it’s going great. “The Count” AKA Danny Koker Owner, Count’s Kustoms Everybody calls me Count because of my crazy horror show background of being Count Cool Rider here in Las Vegas for 10 years on television and now I’m the Count of Count’s Kustoms where we build crazy hot rods, crazy choppers, work on people’s cool projects and we’re here in my town right here in Las Vegas and I’m glad you’re all out here hanging out with me. Well, at least nothing in Vegas should normal, really wild, because I hate being normal. I love the craze. My father was just always into cars so it’s kind of something that’s been in the blood and I was always really interested you know really intrigued by him. It’s kind of how Count’s Kustoms started; it was the hobby, the hobby, passion, a love affair behind the scenes. Welcome to Count’s Kustoms. This is my place. It’s definitely off the beaten path. It’s not something that you would find out on the main road and you’d never know we were back here. There’s a lot of stuff to see here. This is a 1932 Ford, five window high boy chop top coupe. Everything on it has a very traditional, old school look to it but it’s got some very modern things to it that make it a usable car. Everything you see on this car was done here. This car was built from the ground up, was painted here, was upholstered here, everything was done under one roof right here in this building. You can’t be, you can’t be upset and drive this car because you just can’t stop smiling and everybody loves it. It’s a fun ride; it’s really a fun ride. You know Count’s Kustoms really just kind of evolved. It wasn’t, none of this was really planned, it just kind of grew all on its own, grew into what you’re seeing here today. When you walk around the shop, it doesn’t look like a normal working shop. It’s more like this crazy hangout/museum/gothic pimp palace. Pimpire (n.) A Style of Count’s Kustoms Whatever you want to call it but you know when you come into a place like you’ve got purple velvet walls, diamond tucks, flames all over the place, leopard couches and just the flavor of it, is a pimpire flavor so we just kind of came up with that term and it’s ours. We use that flavor in a lot of the things that we do. What’s fun is watching somebody come into this place that’s never been here before and you forget how cool this place is, until you see it through the eyes of somebody else. It’s like taking a kid to Disneyland for the first time in their life, you know, ‘Oh my God.’ You know you could find your dream toy hiding around a corner over here or you can down and have your dream toy built here in this place coz we’ll build it for you.

Build Your Dream Machine at This Custom Bike Shop

Despite the glitzy showgirls, over-the-top costumes, five-star restaurants and luxurious hotels, Sin City still has a gritty side. Leave it to the professionals at Count’s Kustoms to aid in all your rebel-without-a-cause fantasies. At this classic motorcycle shop, a Las Vegas mainstay for the biking community, you can get a hold of your very own custom chopper or hot rod, built from scratch to match your specifications.

The key to the store’s success is in the quality control; instead of being built on an assembly line, these bikes are treated like works of art and put together in-house using only the best parts. The celeb clientele is extensive: Everyone from Ozzy Osbourne to Tommy Lee has had a bike built by “The Count.”

Popular models include the Highroller, with a sleek frame and orange flames covering the body, or the classic ’50s style Jimmy Aikau in bright red with yellow accents. If you’re a true bike enthusiast looking for something really unique, you can opt to design the paint, upholstery and body yourself. If a covered ride is more your speed, check out the amazing collection of hot rods the store has built over the years. Bonnie and Clyde probably would have gotten away in one of these rigs: The bodies are built for gangsters and the interiors are outfitted for kings.

If you aren’t ready for the commitment, start with a logo T-shirt or hat, or even get a tattoo to remember the strip by at Vince Neil Ink, an exclusive partner of the shop. No matter what you chose, go big or get left in the dust.
