Beaches Boscobel Resort & Golf Club is an all-inclusive resort on the beachfront just 10 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios and Jamaica’s Dunn’s River Falls. With a 27,000-square-foot Pirate’s Island Water Park, a kid’s golf clinic and performances by Sesame Street characters, Beaches Boscobel keep children busy so adults can enjoy the pool, relax on the beach or play a round of golf.

Accommodations in the resort’s three buildings come in various categories. Honeymoon suites, either on the beach or with ocean views, feature private terraces or patios and are decorated in soothing tropical hues. Bi-level family suites accommodate up to five guests with a king or two double beds and a pullout sofa. Rooms overlook the ocean, the mountains or the resort grounds.

Dining options include the Venetian, serving Italian cuisine in a medieval ambiance with high vaulted ceilings and wall frescoes. Bayside, the resort’s main restaurant, offers international cuisine with a different menu each day. Arizona, an outdoor restaurant, serves snacks throughout the day and Tex-Mex cuisine in the evening, and the BBQ Park offers snacks and barbecued fare in the afternoons. For a more formal dining experience, Eleanor’s serves Caribbean cuisine to guests ages 12 and older. The resort has six bars, including a swim up bar, a beach bar, and several lounges.

The center of activity at the resort is the supervised Pirates Island Water park with 11 slides for kids, while adults can take advantage of the Red Lane Rooftop Sanctuary Spa, for rejuvenating facials, massages and other exclusive therapies. There’s also a wide array of water sports like kayaking, windsurfing, scuba diving, sailing, hydro-bikes and Hobie cats, and championship golf nearby.
