Chic sophistication pervades the decor of the ME Cancun, starting with the lobby’s minimalist seating areas and illuminated pillars. Accommodations are contemporary in design, with beige tiled floors, dark wood furnishings, bold chocolate-colored pillows and throws contrasting white bed linens and custom artwork by Yuri Zatarain. Rooms are divided into four categories, each boasting lagoon or ocean views and either one king-size bed or two double beds. Guests in the adults-only Level Suites receive VIP Treatment, with a separate check-in, private lounge called The Living Room and an Aura Manager to cater to individual requests. Large bathrooms come with monsoon showers and Aveda bath products.

Silk Asian Bistro, with its modern design and international music, seduces palates with an Asian-fusion menu of sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki delicacies. Salt serves Mediterranean cuisine with inventive flavor combinations and aesthetic presentation against a clean and intimate backdrop with white drapes dividing seating areas. The Beach House offers a modern version of local cuisine in the open-air palapa overlooking the sea, as well as more casual poolside fare during the day. E-Space is the resort’s cyber café offering lighter fare and a bar serving cocktails and tropical drinks.
