The Menu: Like all Mandarin Oriental properties, the Spa at Elbow Beach spares no expense. Its signature line of products was formulated specifically for the hotel spa by an award-winning UK-based company and the spa therapies were created with the support of specialists in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The extensive menu offers a variety of interesting treatments ranging from reiki to chakra balancing as well as holistic manicures and pedicures, specialized facials and an array of body scrubs and massages.
The Must-Have: When on an island you must do as the islanders do, and at this spa that means the Ocean Wave Ritual. The three-hour treatment starts with an indigenous Pink Sand Scrub, which leaves skin exfoliated and silky smooth.
